Special arrangements for UK Yatrees

LAHORE – Special arrangements were made at the airport for a group of UK based Sikh Yatree who flew back to London from Lahore after performing their religious rites in Nankana Sahib.
A total of 288 UK based Sikh Yatree’s flew back to London from Lahore after performing their religious services in Nankana Sahib near Lahore. Special arrangements were made by Pakistan International Airlines to provide assistance to the Yatree’s at the Allama Iqbal International Airport here.
Upon the arrival at airport Sikh Yatrees they were warmly welcomed as bouquets were presented to them by District Manager PIA Muhammad Umer Daraz and Station Manager PIA, Ali Asghar Zaidi.
A special team on the behalf of PIA provided assistance to the Yatrees during customs, security checking, immigration and boarding formalities. PIA also served special meals to the Yatrees during the flight.
Sardar Karsar Singh group leader of the Yatree’s appreciated the arrangements made by PIA during their journey starting from London to Lahore and then back. Singh further said that the Sikh Yatrees would always prefer PIA over other airlines due to its outstanding services to the Yatrees.
On this occasion District Manager PIA, Muhammad Umer Daraz, said that PIA had always strived to provide maximum facility to its passengers especially for those travelling for religious events.
