PESHAWAR - Another woman candidate has come to front from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) for contesting general polls on Provincial Assembly seat in constituency PK-41, district Karak.
According to details, 33-year-old Farah Khan submitted her nomination papers to contest polls from PK-41 where she would have to face candidates of various political parties including PPP's Jehanzeb, Mohsin Ali Khan of ANP, Malik Zafar Azam from PML-N, Malik Qasim of JUI-F and other candidates.
Farah Khan hails from Takht Nusrati area of district Karak. Scrutiny of her nomination papers would be conducted on April 6th.
She did Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) in 2006 and LLB in 2009.
Talking to media persons Farah Khan said that she was desirous to play a role for change in country and helping women to get their rights. She denied affiliation with any political party and said that she would contest polls as an independent candidate.
