The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) have arrested police official appointed at American Consulate Lahore on the charges of swindling money from jobless people by impersonating himself as officer of the Nadra, police and other departments.
One Mohammad Hayat had filed complaint with the ACE Director that TMA official Manzoor Hussain (driver) had introduced him with Sajjad Haider as high rank officer who appointed him in any governmental department and they received Rs70,000 from him. The ACE had lodged a FIR and started investigation and on the other day Anti Corruption raiding team arrested Sajjad Haider identified Police ASI who was deployed at American Consulate Lahore.
ACE Circle Officer Tanveer Amjed told that Sajjad Haider and his felon Manzoor Hussain were booked and further investigation was underway.
