Nawaz questions PPP leaderships credibility

LAHORE PML-N President Nawaz Sharif has questioned the credibility of allegedly corrupt PPP leadership and its idea of creating more provinces. While talking to PML-N (Overseas) Secretary General Shaikh Qaisar Mahmood at Jatti Umra residence on Thursday, Nawaz Sharif observed that the situations of Karachi and Quetta amply proved incompetence of the ruling party. By actualising judicial decisions, conditions can be improved, but the rulers are more interested in minting money rather than welfare of the people, he said, adding there was nil foreign investment, and the government was running its affairs by drawing money from the State Bank, which had been accepted by the financial wizards of the government. Nawaz Sharif opined that Musharrafs remnants were shedding crocodile tears over the Southern Punjab woes, but people know them well. There is no dearth of resources in Pakistan, but it lacked corruption-free leadership. Corruption has weakened the country, he said, while maintaining that only rule of law and supremacy of the constitution could hinder onslaught of military rulers.
