'Go Zardari go drive to get impetus after Muharram

TOBA TEK SINGH - Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that Go Zardari Go movement will a fresh impetus after Muharram. Talking to journalists here on Sunday, he said that the Parliament was the supreme institution but the PPP government had made it just a rubber stamp, adding that it was the reason why the PML-N decided to knock the door Supreme Court in the 'Memogate scandal as decisions taken by the parliament were not being implemented. Rana Sana claimed that the real face and character of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had unveiled to the public after joining of the party by the people whose past and present character was full of changing parties for their own interests and such elements were being gathered on a platform by the 'Establishment to confront the PML-N. Answering to a question about arrest of PML MNA Anjam Aqeel in corruption case, the provincial minister claimed the inquiry committee set up by the party to probe the matter, had declared him innocent in the case and it had been proved that Federal minister Khurshid Shah had offered him acquittal in case he (Aqeel) supported the PPP government. Earlier, in his speech to the peace committee meeting, he urged participants to extend cooperation to the district administration for maintaining peace in during Ashura days. LPP CHIEF TO CONTEST POLLS: Labour Party Pakistan (LPP) Chief Farooq Tariq has announced contesting the next general election from NA-93 TT Singh (his native town).
