TOBA TEK SINGH - The candidates contesting for the DBA election 2013, submitted their nomination papers here the other day. The elections are scheduled to be held on January 12.
An election board has also been set up under the Chairmanship of Ch Ramzan Checchi.
Following candidates filed their nomination papers for DBA election.
The candidates are: Chaudhry Niamat Ali and Chaudhry Nazir Raza for the president slot, Rana Fida Hussain and Tanveer Gujjar for the vice-president, Abdul Munem Oatal and Mubashir Ali Dogar for the general secretary, Adeel Safdar Chohan and Gul Nawaz Khan for the joint secretary, Malik Abdul Sattar and Mian Shahid Mehmood for the librarian and Shahid Mehmood, Sardar Ajaib Khan and Tariq Ali Sahi for the finance secretary
Eighteen candidates filed nomination papers for the DBA executive committee members' elections. They are Rana Younis Javed, Shahid Latif Maan, Mian Khurram Shahzad Zia, Asif Nadeem, Muhammad Amin, Azhar Kashif, Rana Izharul Haq, Abdul Munaf Lodhi, Ashfaq Ahmad, Tanveer Abbas, Nasir Iqbal, Shahid Zaib Sargana, Shahid Akhtar Jatala, Nadeem Aslam, Mian Rab Nawaz, Abdul Rashid Azhar and Najmul Hassan Javed.
