ISLAMABAD- Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said the Government is committed to take all measures to control prices and will not allow cartels, profiteers, and hoarders to make undue profit.
He was chairing meeting of the National Price Monitoring Committee in Islamabad on Friday.
The Minister said the Government has succeeded to keep inflation in single digit during last year despite challenges.
Ishaq Dar expressed concern on the rising trend of the prices of potatoes and tomatoes despite the fact that government has allowed zero duty on the import of potatoes.
