ISLAMABAD- A Pakistani national was not allowed to cross Indo-Pak border in Thar Express as he did not complete due procedure before leaving for Pakistan.
Chandumal (62), his wife Vishni Devi (57) and a relative Narendra (15) had come to India on a pilgrimage trip for 20 days and boarded Thar Express from Jodhpur on Friday. During security checking at Munabao railway station on Saturday, he was not allowed to continue his journey by the Indian authorities as he did not complete certain formalities, SHO GRP Banwari Lal said today. He said Chandumal was sent back to Jodhpur from where he would be going to Delhi to complete the formalities. His wife and the relative stayed back to accompany him in India.
