ISLAMABAD - The Interior Ministry on Thursday issued a letter to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and other law-enforcement agencies, warning them against possible suicide attacks on proposed march of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to South Waziristan. The ministry, in its letter, raised the alarm that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) had prepared some nine suicide bombers for attacking the rally. “It might be targeted in Dera Ismail Khan, Tank or Jandola,” it added. Meanwhile, the security agencies have started work on a strategy for security of the rally.
