AHMEDPUR EAST - Islamia University Bahawalpur Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Mukhtar has said that university will continue to collaborate with organisations in the public and private sector for the socio-economic development of the region. He was exchanging views with the Managing Director of Shamim Group of Industries, Rana Muhammad Khalid who called on him at his office. On the occasion Director of the local industrial group donated an electric generator for the University College of Art and Design and a LCD TV set for the hostel. The VC thanked the management of Shamim Group for their co-operation with the university. Dean faculty of Arts Dr Najeeb Jamal, Chairman Hall Council Dr Rao Muhammad Afzal Khan, Principal College of Art and Design Dr Nasrullah Khan Nasir and other officials were also present during the meeting.
