SWAT - A youth lost his life while attempting to rescue three drowning motorists from a sinking car in the River Swat.
According to reports, a speedy car fell down into the River Swat with three motorists stuck in it. In order to rescue them from drowning, Najib Shah, resident of Panr, Mingora, jumped into the river and reached the car. He reportedly slipped and fell into the river while breaking the side glass of the car to take out the onboard persons. The three persons came out unscathed, however the youth drowned. The body of Najib Shah was recovered from the river at Dargai, Malakand Agency, and arrangements were being made to shift his body to his native town.
