Judicial system politicised: MQM-Haqiqi

KARACHI Muhajir Qaumi Movement (Haqiqi) (Aamir Khan Faction) has claimed that Karachis judicial system is still politicised despite the working of independent judiciary across the country. Central Secretary Information, Kamran Rizvi, said this while addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club. He said that MQM Haqiqis detained Chairman Aamir Khan had been in jail since the time of Pervez Musharraf era and after the independent of judiciary he remained in jail due to fake cases. He claimed that the judiciary in Karachi and Hyderabad was helpless to provide justice to the masses, adding the there was no devotees of Constitution and law. He said, Whenever we asked about delaying of hearing in the cases of Aamir Khan, we were usually informed that the cases of Aamir Khan is a policy matter of the current government, meant judiciary also reluctant to provide justice to the people. He said since 2002 they had been abandoned from politics as well as socially and culturally, they were faraway from the educational system and on the other side the local judiciary was using delaying tactics. He claimed today the justice remained under the detention of terrorist, adding that for the independent of judiciary, the activists of MQM also played their role.
