Bahawalpur - Veteran journalist, former International Cricket Umpire and 1st class Cricketer Baboo Khan Tahir was laid to rest here local graveyard. His funeral was largely attended by people from all walks of life.  Bk Tahir died here after protracted illness the other night. He was suffering from cardiac, diabetes and brain tumour for the past quite some time and was admitted to BVH Bahawalpur.
He was survived by a widow and eight children including one promising 1st class Cricketer Inamul Haq Rashid.
