Rawalpindi: Private hostels to be monitored

Rawalpindi- Rawalpindi City Administration (RCA) has started monitoring of over 300 private hostels in Karachi.
The RCA has decided to collect the data of those living in these hostels. RCA has been informed that these hostels keep no records of their guests. The living conditions are very poor. At times five boys and girls live in a room, for Rs 3000 to 8000 per occupant. Over 30000 boys and girls are residing in these unregistered hostels.
