PESHAWAR - Law enforcement agencies have foiled another attempt of the US nationals to enter Peshawar without NOC and sent them back Islamabad here on Thursday. Sources said that three US diplomats entered Peshawar through their vehicle PU-245, however, the police intercepted them at Motorway Toll Plaza. Police checked their passports but found that they had not NOC to enter Peshawar city. They were also reluctant to show their passports and presented only self-written computerised page without any official seal. The page has narrated that these persons should not be stopped at any place and would be allowed to go where they wanted to go. These US nationals were identified Mr Charles Arthur, passport number 910054498, Darrel Fernando, passport NUMBER 91007898, Thomas Richard, passport number 910119251, who entered Peshawar without any genuine NOC. It may be mentioned here that earlier to this several times the US nationals had attempted to enter Peshawar without NOC, however, they were intercepted by security forces and sent back to Islamabad.
