KOT RADHA KISHAN - Twelve people shaved off the head, moustaches, beard and eyebrows of a prayer leader allegedly on charge of sexually assaulting a boy here in suburban village Sattoki. The accused, including Naseer, caught Ismail and took him to the rear side of the mosque where they tortured him severely.
Later, the accused shaved off his head, moustaches, beard and eyebrows. However, the accused managed to escape when locals gathered on the spot.  The Mustafabad Police have registered a case (546/12) against 12 accused under Section 337-V,506,148,149 of PPC.
Meanwhile, following the incident, hundreds of villagers blocked Lahore-Kasur Raod outside the Mustafabad Police Station and chanted slogans against the accused. They claimed that Molvi Ismail had stopped Naseer and his accomplices from teasing his daughters that's why the accused had levelled baseless charges against him to avenge their disgrace.
ONE KILLED, TWO HURT: An official of the Irrigation Department was killed and two other injured seriously in a head-on collision between two motorcycles here at village Peeranwala Bhambha on Kot Radha Kishan-Chhanga Manga Road.
Police said that Muhammad Ishaque, an official of the Irrigation Department along with his two colleagues Javed Iqabl and Ali Hassan was on their way to Kot Radha Kishan on a bike when near village Peeranwala Bhamba another bike struck with them.
Resultantly, Ishaque died on the spot while the other two injured who were rushed to RHC from where they were referred to Lahore Jinnah Hospital.
