GUJRANWALA- An influential landlord and his son crushed a woman under a tractor over a dispute. They also set her house on fire after spraying petrol over it in Tehsil Kamonki, Gujranwala.

According to our sources, Jaffar Hussain and Manzoran Bibi had long been caught in the dispute. Jaffer Hussain, his son and some laborers appeared and acted with force. The woman tried to defend herself but the landlord crushed her under a tractor, causing severe injuries. Her legs have multiple fractures according to hospital sources.

The landlord was later arrested after impounding the tractor. Punjab Chief Minister took notice of the situation and asked for a report in this regard.
