ISLAMABAD- Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif today hashed out national security matters including talks with the Taliban.

According to our sources, counterterrorism measures taken by the armed forces remained the agenda of the meeting. Peace process was also discussed during the meeting. The Army Chief briefed the Prime Minister about a recent attack on soldiers and the subsequent retaliation by the armed forces.
