QUETTA -  In reaction to non-payment of salary of last five months, lady health workers (LHW) have announced to boycott the anti-polio campaign in Balochistan including Quetta scheduled to start from Monday (tomorrow).
The lady health workers also staged a protest demonstration in Civil Hospital Quetta on Saturday and demanded the government to pay them the due remuneration immediately.  During protest demonstrations, the LHWs were chanting slogans in favour of their demands. They said that if their salaries were not paid immediately, they would not participate in upcoming vaccination campaign against the crippling disease.
