OUR STARTER KASUR - A man shot dead his sister allegedly for honour at Village Balakan Wala in Sadar Police limits Saturday. Reportedly, Abid Ali gunned down his sister Shazia, 23, for honour and surrendered to police. The deceased was a married woman. Police were looking into the matter. Separately, robbers shot and injured a man during a robbery bid on Kasur-Ganda Singh Road near Village Maan. Muhammad Saleem of Kot Fateh Din along with his wife was on his way to Kasur when robbers intercepted them and fired shot at him when he resisted their robbery bid. Police are investigating.
