Land dispute claims 11 lives in Sindh

KANDHKOT - At least 11 people including women and children were killed when two rival groups clashed with each other over a land dispute in Kandhkot area of Sindh, officials said on Sunday.
According to details, armed men entered the house of the rival group and opened indiscriminate fire killing eight people on the spot.
The deceased include Madad Ali, Shero, Gobang, Imam Baksh, Marhato, Ameera Bibi, Mir Zadi Bibi and Imdad.
Later, the armed men escaped from the site. Soon after the incident, the victim clan attacked the motorcycle riders of the rival group and killed three people. The dead include Ayub, Mir Ali and Neematullah.
Tense situation prevailed in the area soon after the incident.
