FEROZEWALA-Two people were killed while three other sustained injuries in a tractor trolley and an express train collision near Jhamke Rail crossing here on Wednesday. According to report, a tractor trolley driven by Irshad was crossing the Railway track. An express train going to Faisalabad from Lahore hit the tractor resulting in the death of the driver and a train passenger Shakoor. Three passengers of the train also sustained injuries. Railway police is investigating. Woman killed in road accident In another incident, Ammar and Munawar Bibi were on their way to Rawalpindi from Lahore in a car. When they reached near Babu Sabu, interchange Ammar lost control over the steering. As a result the car collided with roadside fence, killing Munawar Bibi and injuring Ammar seriously. Landlord shot dead In Rana Town locality a landlord Bashir, was shot dead by some unidentified attackers in sleep on Wednesday. The assailants barged into Bashirs house and shot him dead. The motive behind the killing of Bashir could not be ascertained so far. Ferozewala police is investigating.
