ISLAMABAD- The power generation from various resources has reached 13,100 megawatts.
This has been stated in a report submitted by Ministry of Water and Power to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The increase in power production includes 1700 megawatts produced merely from hydel resources. The ministry also helped adding around 610 megawatt electricity into the system through additional allocation of gas and fuel to IPPs and better efficiency.
