MQM formally launches nationwide protest against extra judicial killing of their workers

Islamabad- Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has formally launched a nationwide protest against extra judicial killing of their workers.

The protest started today from the Senate and will soon be covering the whole country.

MQM parliamentarian leader in the Senate Nasreen Jalil said 45 workers of MQM are still missing. She said they are not against Karachi operation but belived that everything should be done under the constitution.

Nasreen Jalil told that MQM workers were not only unlawfully captured and were brutally tortured as well.

She added that one of their workers was tortured with electric shocks on his sensitive body parts.

Being a mohajir is not a crime, it’s our identity, she concluded.
