Pakistan, Turkey to exchange information to curb terrorism: Malik

Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Tuesday said that Pakistan and Turkey would jointly exchange information to deal with the challenges of terrorism.
He said this talking to media after meeting with his Turkish counterpart Idris Naim Sahin in which the two sides discussed matters pertaining to mutual interest.
Malik asserted that the growing economy of Turkey is considered as role model for Pakistan, adding he appreciated and extended his thanks to the people of Turkey assistance during earthquake and floods.
The Turkish Interior Minster talking to media said Pak-Turk ties are being consolidated. He said both countries are working to bring peace in the region and Pak-Turk relations would be more strengthened by the time.
Idris Naim Sahin informed that the upcoming visit of Turkish Prime Minister in Pakistan would further strengthened the ties between Pakistan and Turkey.
