KARACHI- Constitutional petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, against the Former Chief Justice of Supreme Court (SC) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. The appellant Iqbal Kazmi filed the petition in SC Karachi Registry today. In his petition, he pointed that the Former Chief Justice had misused his powers and office. Moreover, the petition stated that Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had declared the Article 186-A not part of the Constitution. However, the Parliament did not exclude the said article from Constitution. Iqbal Kazmi prayed the court to take action against CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on the charges of violation of constitution.
