Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik has said that efforts are being made to persuade civil and military leadership to resolve the challenges being faced by Balochistan.
This he said while talking to families of missing persons at a protest camp in Quetta on Friday.
Dr Malik assured the relatives of missing persons that his government would take every possible step to recover their loved ones.
“We have made it clear to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif that recovery of missing persons is vital to restore peace in Balochistan,” he said.
He said that every sector, including health and education, has been ruined. The government, he said, is facing several challenges.
He called upon all sections of the society to come forward in dealing with the challenges facing Balochistan government.
The chief minister stated that efforts are being made to introduce good governance in Balochistan.
He said terrorism and missing persons issues would also be given serious consideration.
