Electricity crisis gets worse

ISLAMABAD- The shortfall of electricity has reached 5000 Megawatt, making the life of public more complicated in the sweltering heat.

According to details, the duration of load shedding is between 8 to 10 hours in Lahore which has increased the problems of public while the duration of load shedding in surroundings of Lahore is even worse.

On the other hand, people in central Punjab are better-off than the residents in south Punjab. Situation of Karachi is also not appealing where load shedding is practiced between 14 to 16 hours daily which KESC terms as technical fault.
