Man slaughters two nephews

ISLAMABAD  - An uncle slaughtered his two nephews and injured another, believably on the advice of a fake religious leader (Pir).
It all happened on Monday in the country’s famous hill station Murree. An officer of Murree Police Station quoted the injured child, Zain Ali, as saying that his uncle Nadeem Ahmed took him and his two brothers to Murree a couple of days back and slaughtered his two brothers namely Meher Ali, 10, and Qadir Ali, 12. Zain somehow dodged his uncle and escaped death, police said. He later revealed the incident to police.
Assistant Superintendent of police, Tariq Ellahi, told media persons that the accused might have committed the crime on the advice of a fake religious leader to get his desires fulfilled. The police team is said to have arrested the wife of the accused.
According to police, dead bodies of children were found from a jungle in Murree. Later on the dead bodies were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad.
A spokesperson of PIMS confirmed the incident and said authorities were awaiting for heirs to hand over the dead bodies to them.
An FIR was lodged against Nadeem under section 302 and 324 of PPC.
Meanwhile, Islamabad Police on Monday arrested 19 outlaws including seven proclaimed offenders and recovered weapons, wine and narcotics from their possession, a police spokesman said.
