The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain is ill, according to a statement issued from the party's office in London. The MQM chief made several speeches prior to the elections to advocate his party and continuously performed organisational tasks which took a toll on his health, the statement said. Doctors have advised Altaf Hussain to rest for a few days due to his ill-health.
