OUR STAFF REPORTER KOT ADDU - The people of Kot Addu demanded immediate return of the ambulances of Taunsa Barrage Hospital and Tehsil Headquarters Hospital shifted to Muzaffargarh and restoration of power supply. The THQ Hospital is running without MS and doctors are allegedly not performing their duties properly and the Guinea Department is also being run without lady doctor at night. The patients and their attendants are in miserable condition there is a shortage of medicines as well. Talking to reporters, PML-Q, PPP and N leaders Ashraf Khan Rind, Tahir Patal and Muhammad Akhtar respectively said that the public sectors hospitals were empty and private hospitals had been packed to capacity, demanding abrupt appointment of MS in the hospital. They said that the assistant commissioner of Kot Addu wanted to grab government land in connivance with an MPA. The AC is visiting Hanjra house with patwaris and tehsildars for the purpose, they said asking the AC to perform his duties instead of going to Hanjra house.
