Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed outrage over the Islamabad standoff.
The Chief Justice has expressed these remarks while presiding over a two-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) during the course of hearing of suo motu notice on missing persons and recent violence related incidents in Balochistan at SC Quetta registry Friday.
During proceedings, Chief Justice Chaudhry remarked that a person had taken Islamabad hostage for several hours and the shameful incident was seen by the entire world.
