Six kg bomb defused in Quetta

QUETTA - An attempt of terrorism was foiled on Tuesday in Quetta when a roadside bomb planted on city's outskirts was defused. According to SP Imran Qureshi, a man informed police about a suspicious-looking bag lying near Western Bypass. The law-enforcers arrived at the site and called the Bomb Disposal Squad to check the bag. The BDS immediately secured the area and defused the bomb weighting around six kg.
