Islamabad: Terror alert issued to foreigners, UN staffers

Islamabad- Foreigners and UN staffers have been advised to limit their movement in Islamabad amid threat of terrorist attacks.
The alert has been issued by the Interior Ministry in the light of intelligence reports. According to sources, staffers of UN and other foreign missions have been advised to limit their routine activities for the next three days and stay away from Jinnah Super, Kohsar and Super Market. They have been asked to stay in the federal capital. The warning comes as Pakistan launched a fresh offensive against Taliban militants in North Waziristan.
