Sufi’s life unveiled in form of book

KAMOKE – The message and teachings of Sufism are universal and timeless. With the message of love, unity, tolerance and brotherhood, Sufism unifies people irrespective of their caste, culture and creed.
In the today era of declination and materialism, one can find such message in a book written on the life and teachings of Sufi Makhdoom Sayyed Tanveer Sabtain Naqvi. The book envisages a sufi way of transcendence within the Naqi Qalandri lineage. The Sajjada Nasheen of Darbar-e-Aaliya Naqi Qalandri Mehlowala, Sufi Makhdoom Sayyed Tanveer Sabtain Naqvi is no more in the world now.
After his death, his son Sayyed Ansar Sabtain Naqvi through the wishes of his devotees presented his available piece of writing in the form of book “Main Abhi Zinda Hun” (I am still alive).
When Sufi Makhdoom Sayyed Tanveer Sabtain Naqvi was alive, he was seemed to be some kind of heavenly body but after his death the blessings of his noble deeds is being distributed on earth among the human beings.
The foreword of “Main Abhi Zinda Hun” has been written by his son, a brief introduction of the great sufi scholar.  In this spiritually nourishing paperback, “Main Abhi Zinda Hun”has taken a traditional genre, the dervish (student or disciple) book, and made it into a practical and enlightening introduction to Sufism. The practices have a universal quality that will appeal to anyone on a spiritual path.
In fact the book is more than an ordinary book because of its description of divine realities which Sayyed Ansar revealed on his heart through revelation and now he is going to hand over to his devotees.
While, talking about the book, it’s a kind of poetic work and its expression is unrevealing the hidden truths of religion and its message unlocks the closed and rusted hearts.
The book contains, Hammad, Naat, Manqbat, Noha, Salaam and Marsiya.
The range of essay writing has been squeezed into the stanza pattern of four lines. “Sift-e-Posheeh” a sub branch of “Qaseeda” for in two type of poetry every verse starts with name of beloved person (mamdub) and it explains the literal meaning of the personality.
In this sort of poetic style the writer get a vivid and direct opportunity to give vent to his feeling for his spiritual and visionary circles.
By using such kind of unique poetic verses the real magnitude of the character and personality of Tanveer Sabtain Naqvi can easily be judged.
