Teacher torture case: Aslam Madhiana remanded for five more days in police custody

Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday extended police custody of former MPA, Aslam Madhiana, for five more days in teacher torture case.
The police produced the accused before the ATC and argued the court that they have to recover weapons from his possession and demanded extension in remand. The ATC judge remanded the former PPP lawmaker into police custody till March 21
The ex-MPA has been accused of torturing a local teacher, Nafees Khan, breaking his legs after he raised an objection against his criminal acts.
Madhiana, however, denies the charges, saying he does not even know Nafees Khan therefore torturing him is out of question.
