QUETTA- An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Quetta issued arrest warrants today for the guarantors of the former military ruler General (Retired) Pervez Musharraf,  Mumtaz Ahmad and Nazeer Ahmad in the Akbar Bugti murder case.
ATC Judge Tariq Anwar Kasi was hearing the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case. Former federal Interior Minister, Aftab Sherpao and former provincial Home Minister Shoaib Nausherwani were present in the court on this occasion. The court accepted their bail pleas.
The court ordered the relevant authorities for the issuance of warrants for the arrest of the guarantors of the former president due to continued absence of the main accused on bail in the case. Prior to this Pervez Musharraf's production orders have been issued four times. The hearing was adjourned to April 7, 2014.
