MUZAFFARABAD (INP) - Large number of people and civil society activists took out rallies here on Monday in support of Pakistan Army for its role in the defence of the motherland. Muslim Conference Youth Wing (MCYW) and Refugees in Azad, Jammu and Kashmir (RAJK)organised two separate rallies in support of the Pakistan Army, lauding it for the defence of the country. Participants of RAJK rally marched from the Muzaffarabad Press Club to the office of United Nations Military Observers Group for India and Pakistan. The demonstrators were holding banners and placards inscribed with slogans in support of the Pakistan army and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and chanting slogans against the American intelligence agency CIA. On the other hand, MCYW President Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan also led a rally to show solidarity with the Pakistan Army. Sardar Attique said that it is the duty of the army to defend Pakistan and the people should support their army. The participants of the rally said they would not let any conspiracy succeed against the army.
