Militants blow up school in Swabi



 SWABI  -   Unidentified militants blew up a private school with explosives here in the wee hours of Tuesday, however, no loss of life was reported.  According to security sources, unidentified militants had planted explosives material at the gate of the private school which went off with a big bang.  The gate of the school was destroyed completely and half portion of the school was damaged in the blast. The school is owned by a worker of ruling Awami National Party Sikandar Irfan. Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Haider Khan Hoti had visited the school a month ago.  Militants had destroyed at least 12 schools in Swabi district, however, nobody has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
