OUR STAFF REPORTER OKARA - Jamaat-e-Islami central secretary has said President Zardaris absence from the country has worsened the memo issue, adding that mentally ill president cannot be endured. Pakistan is in the grip of crises. The disease of Asif Ali Zrdari has become a miracle and the government has failed to satisfy the nation, Liaqat Baloch said while talking to the party leaders at the residence of JI leader Capt Liaqat Ali in Rehmatullah Town. President is a representative of the federation. This is an era of information and technology. Now, the people will not endure a paralised and mentally ill president. Baloch said general (r) Musharraf should be put on trial under article 6 of the Constitution as the latter would return to the country on March 23, 2012, terming him a 'national criminal. He (Musharraf) killed innocent people. He made deals with the US at the expense of national integrity. These crimes are such as cannot be pardoned, he added. To a question, he supported small federating units in the country. The new provinces issue should not be used to gain personal interests. On principles, there should be no difference on small administrative units but objection is on modus-operandi of the rulers, he said and added that the way as people were joining PTI was threatening. On this occasion, the district ameer Farooq Sheikh, Dr Burhan Ghani were also present.
