Chaman- Inhabitants of Chaman, a city on Balochistan border, has demanded deployment of Army on border for preventing smuggling.

Sources disclosed that large caravans of loaded trucks were entering into Afghanistan through four different places Bab-e-Dosti, Lukman Check post, Salah-ul-din Check post and Roghani check post from 9 PM to 4 AM. Buffalos, cows, flour, vegetables, fruit and bakery products are included in the smuggled belongings, which is causing loss of millions of rupees to national exchequer daily. Traders and public have demanded to Prime Minister to facilitate the traders community for implementing legal trade from both sides on border and take immediate steps for ending smuggling.
