HAFIZABAD - Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has issued cheque of Rs1.6 million for eight blind persons of a same family of Dera Natwala Tehsil Pindi Bhattian. The amount will be distributed to Shabir Hussain, Tanveer Hussain, Fazeelat Bibi, Umm-e-Kalsoom, Muhammad Khan, Tayyab Ali, Asghar Ali and Umm-e-Habiba. They were blind by birth having no source of income and they were provided food and lodging by other villagers. Keeping in view their plight, the CM has issued cheque of Rs1.6 million which would be distributed among all the eight members of the blind family equally by District Administration shortly.
