JHANG - Saima Akhter Bharwana who was elected member National Assembly as an independent candidate from constituency NA-90 Jhang-V has announced joining Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
She made the announcement during a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif at Lahore accompanied by her father former Punjab minister Mehr Akhter Abbas Bharwana.
On the occasion, the MNA reposed full confidence in the PML-N leadership and said that the PML-N was the only political party which under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif can steer the country out of the present quagmire of crises. She also predicted that the PML-N would win the upcoming general elections with a landslide majority. Saima Bharwana pointed out that the results of the recently held by-election clearly indicated the public welfare-oriented policies and untiring efforts for the public development of the PML-N-led Punjab government.
