Teacher Association of Pakistan (TAP) Central Leader Muhammad Ziaullah Rizvi has appealed to the teaching community to play their vital role for the propagation of Islamic ideology and Islamic teachings to bring about progress, stability and solidarity in the country.
He was addressing a teachers meeting held in Government High School No-2 chaired by TAP District President Ch Iftikhar Ahmad Chadhar and Punjab President Khalid Masood Chishti here the other day. He deplored that some anti-Islamic and secular elements were making attempts to delete Islamic ideology and history from the syllabus. He declared that the teachers would futile all such attempts aimed at introduce secular education in the country. Ziaullah pointed out that Pakistan was achieved in the name of Islam and the teachers would not tolerate any attempt to make the syllabus secular.
