QUETTA- At least five persons were killed in separate incidents of firing in different areas of Balochistan today.

Police said that armed men gunned down two persons including a woman for honor in Lehri area of Sibi district and escaped the scene. The bodies were shifted to hospital and later handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities. SP Sariab Imran Qureshi, unidentified armed motorcyclists opened indiscriminate fire at a Land Cruiser vehicle at Munir Mengal Road near Chandni Chowk in Satellite Town of Quetta. As a result of firing, two persons present in the vehicle identified as Khushal Khan and Mira Jan were killed on the spot. One passerby namely Taj Muhammad also sustained serious bullet injuries and was rushed to hospital where he also succumbed to his injuries. Police feared that the firing incident could be outcome of personal enmity. Police have registered separate cases in both incidents and started investigation.
