KP govt appoints Chief Ehtesab Commissioner

PESHAWAR - The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has appointed Chief Ehtesab Commissioner and Ehtesab Commissioners of the newly established Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission Bureau. 
According to a notification issued from the KP Establishment Department, the governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on the recommendation of Search and Scrutiny Committee approved the appointment of Justice (Retd) Hamid Farooq Durrani, as Chief Ehtesab Commissioner while ex-Directress Education Syeda Sarwat Jehan, ex-District and Session Judge Sahibzada Khurshid Ahmed, ex-controller BISE Islamabad, Mumtaz Ali Khan and Col (Retd) Abdul Wahid Jan Abbasi, as Ehtesab Commissioners.
KP IGP dismisses three cops of FRP
Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has dismissed one inspector and two sub inspectors of Frontier Reserve Police (FRP) from service in light of the inquiry committee report against them with immediate effect. According to details, the IGP had suspended Reserve Inspector FRP Shakeel Khan, Sub Inspector FRP Noor Muhammad and Sub Inspector FRP Amin Khan due to their involvement in the illegal recruitment of 378 candidates in the FRP.
An enquiry committee was constituted to probe the allegations against the officers. The committee completed its enquiry in which the allegations against them were proved and submitted to the IGP.
The IGP in view of the findings of the enquiry committee dismissed FRP Inspector Shakeel Khan, Sub Inspector Noor Muhammad and Sub Inspector Amin Khan from service with immediate effect.
A notification to this office was issued on Wednesday. Meanwhile, IGP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani through another notification has also suspended SHO Phandu Sub Inspector Noor Haider on public complaints against him with immediate effect. The police chief also directed the CCPO Peshawar to conduct further inquiry against SI Noor Haider and submit its report to him at the earliest.
