SHANGHAI- President Mamnoon Hussain urged the need for early implementation of mutually agreed energy projects.

Talking to Executive Deputy Mayor of Shanghai Tu Guangshao in Shanghai‚ he said the energy cooperation with China would help in meeting the energy crisis in Pakistan.

Welcoming the President to the Mega City of Shanghai‚ the Mayor said the first state visit of the President to China would further cement the multi-faceted cooperation between the two countries.

Mamnoon said that Pakistan offered immense potential for trade and investment in diverse areas like energy‚ communication and infrastructure.

He said that the friendship between Pakistan and China would be strengthened with each passing day.
