LAHORE: A speech contest titled ‘Tere Ane Se Rauniq a Gai Gulzar-i-Hasti Mein’ among students was held at the Aiwan-i-Karkunaan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan. Prof Rizwanul Haque and Professor Abida Aziz were the judges. Farzad Qamar from the Punjab Group of Colleges topped, followed by, Yasser Rasheed from the Punjab University, and Amina Iqbal from the Government Degree College for Women, Marghazar Colony.
Jamatud Dawa leader Hafiz Abdul Rehman Makki will deliever a special lecture on Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) at the Aiwan-i-Karkunaan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan.
Moreover, a two-day Seeratun Nabi conference will commence from Wednesday. The guests of honour at the inaugural sitting first day will be former chief justice of Federal Shariah Court Mian Mahboob Ahmad and Sajjada Nasheen Astana-i-Aliya Choora Sharif Pir Syed Muhammad Kabir Ali Shah.
Sajjada Nasheen Astana-i-Aliya Golra Sharif Pir Syed Ghulam Mueenul Haque will be guest of honour on the concluding session.–Staff Reporter
