HAFIZABAD - The district administration has clamped a ban on pillion-riding on 9th and 10th Muharram in the district.
Moreover, perching of persons on rooftops of any premises ‘en route’ different processions has also been banned.
Meanwhile the DCO has issued an order under section 144 CrPC, directing the owners of guest houses, hotels etc. not to stay any person without getting his CNIC or other identification documents otherwise they would be dealt with sternly.
