ISLAMABAD - Secretary Supreme Court Bar Association, Qamar Zaman Qureshi, has said that President SCBA Asma Jahangir was running the affairs of the Bar without the consent of the Executive Committee. He said that she was meeting with the high-ups of the government as well as the superior judiciary without taking the SCBA Executive Committee members into confidence. He said that Asma had repeatedly refused to attend the grievances of the members. The secretary also showed reservations about the conduct of the SCBA President and stated that no cooperation would be extended to her in future.
